Facebook locked out a 12 year old black boy for criticizing Obama. He correctly questioned the fact that Obama hates American and is out to destroy it.
I wonder when the retraction will come saying it was a glitch, or maybe he was harassing when that has nothing to do with it.

Facebook gave him the perma-boot. I am not sure how that works in the age of sock accounts and going to a public use computer. They don't want the truth of Obama spread. Cancel your facebook if you have an ounce of integrity.

I deleted my facebook a few weeks ago, actually. I rarely used it anyway, and after I started hearing all the bad stuff about it, I got rid of it. Facebook sounded like a conspiracy to me from the beginning. "Hey everyone! List all your thoughts, activities and associates in one easy to find place."
Why are you still on facebook? I truly don't get it. If they did none of this, it still has nothing interesting. I talk to my friends and family.
This creates a number of potential issues, including the fact that a surprisingly large proportion of Facebook users are apparently unaware that the social network filters what they see and when they see it. Facebook also routinely censors news for a number of reasons, which is (or should be) problematic for media companies who are entering into a close relationship with the company. And yet, it has such a massive amount of reach that publishers of all kinds have to use it, whether they want to or not.

lain: I think you are misinformed. You cannot say with confidence that EVERY member of a large group does something or does not do something.
Jihadists have been using social media and the internet since it came out. You can read al-Qaeda translated, especially during Operation Iraqi Freedom and read how defeated they felt. That was of course before Obama waived the white flag. They publish all of it.
