Since all have sinned (Ro.3:23) then according to your ideas the LORD doesn't want anyone to be saved.
ECT Ezekiel 18:4 is proof that God doesn’t want all people to be saved.

The devil and his children will not be saved! The devil has physical children here on earth and they are of the children of Cain.
