So God calls, and no one responds?
What's the point of God calling if no one responds?
And wouldn't that invalidate John 6:44?
Because as it says:
No one can come to Me
unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. - John 6:44

And as 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 says:
But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because
God from the beginning
chose you for salvation
through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,to which
He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. - 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14

Via Romans 10:9-15:
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” - Romans 10:9-15

Someone is sent to preach the gospel, which is a means God uses to call to the lost, because the lost do not seek Him. The gospel is preached to the lost. The lost hear it, they either believe it, or they don't. Those that do believe call upon Him and are saved through Christ's DBR.
