Some just don't want to believe that God will keep his promises.
And if one cannot rely on God keeping his promises to Israel, then one cannot rely on God to keep His promises to the BOC.
One could just spiritualize those promises away too.

God keeps His promises.
All nationalities have a chance to be saved through the promised Savior Christ.

John 1:13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
Did you read how it says not by natural descent?
That is about blood relations.
You speak of how God has yet to fulfill His promise to those who claim blood relations to Abraham, but the promise is Jesus Christ, and no more is it about blood relations.

It does not matter anymore if anyone has some distant blood relation to Abraham.
There is not even Jews anymore as the Jews from the Bible times.
The Jews nowadays listen to rabbis who speak things from their own imaginations, for God is not speaking to them anymore, they have been cut off from God and bound to the place of disobedient Gentiles.

Every single one of them He made to Israel will come to be.

The promises were through only one of them, Isaac.
And not all children of Issac did the promises go through, but only Jacob/Israel.
No one has said that the promises were to every blood descendant of Abe.

Those through Jacob are THOSE BLOOD RELATED.
Those to ABRAHAM are those BLOOD RELATED AND THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH.
I believe God will keep every promise He made to the ones He made those promises to.
You should too.
Jacob was not his only blood descendant.
The promises to Abe were passed through only one of his sons (Isaac).
And only one son of Isaac were the promises passed through (Jacob).
Why can't you see that?
Why did you lie and say we teach that the promises to Abe included all blood descendants of Abe, when we don't?

I have no doubt that some of the Jews do not accept Jesus as the promised Messiah.
But the promise of the Messiah is not the only promise made, now is it?
When God promised Noah He would cause a flood, it wasn't just some spiritual flood, now was it?
It was a literal, physical, and historical flood.
