A lot of lawyers, including me, don't find him dangerous at all. He's an able jurist with a perspective that worries the left, mostly. And mostly he does so because he does have a few ideas that are dangerous to narrow perspective and a good bit of their constituency. It's understandable, but it's theater. Absent something salacious and actually hidden it's a done deal. And, absent that and as with Gorsuch it should be.
I'd agree on the economy. The Court? Only if you like to see big money interest prevail more times than not.
According to just about everyone. The economy is improved and the president presiding over it has has popularity ratings you'd expect during a depression (either).
It's interesting, at any rate. And who wouldn't want to live in interesting times?
I think many are and certainly can be, but they don't appear to be in many positions of power. It would be a great place for people like us to unify and advance a common agenda.
