Good evening from the best coast.

I had to cook up some chicken tenders tonight, so decided to fry them (delicately) in some coconut oil and then in the little bit of coconut oil that was left I fried up some apple slices and dusted them with cinnamon and sugar and let the sugar caramelize. Chicken and fried apples go really well together.
