Calvinists make a huge mistake by limiting God to their mistaken theological ideas. They do not believe God can redeem the world unto Himself without saving every sinner on earth, but they misapprehend the power of God. God reconciled the world unto Himself and then declares that for any sinner to be saved he must of his own will move to be reconciled to God.
Christ obtained Eternal Redemption for us !

Calvinists don't believe Jesus had to die for the sins of the world in order for God to be justified in forgiving repentant sinners of their sins. If Jesus had not died for the sins of the world no sinner on earth could have been forgiven of sins. God cannot save an unrepentant sinner.

Christs redemptive death delivers the elect from going down into the pit because the ransom is paid Job 33:24
24 Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
This is a deliverance from unbelief because unbelief is under the power of satan, as he blinds our minds ad hearts resulting in unbelief 2 Cor 4:3-4

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them

Like Pharaoh of old, the wicked deliberately turn a blind eye to the Word of God many times before God condemns them to eternal blindness. If modern sinners keep rejecting the clear Word of God they will end up in hell without excuse.
