Its right there in your post that you teach salvation by law, works, or performing an requirement ! That's dishonoring to Jesus Christ.
Jesus saves. Not Calvinism. You are trusting in the wrong thing.

Jesus said, "Whosoever that believes in him shall not perish" John 3:16.

Salvation cannot be earned by works. Where did you get that?
You are using that as an excuse to not call on Christ to save you, Romans 10:13.

Before a person is given New Birth, their own believing and calling on Him are works of the mind and flesh which cannot please God Rom. 8:7-8!
Calling upon the Lord is not a condition to become saved, but is the evidence that one is already Saved Rom. 8:14-16!
See, Salvation is not of works Eph. 2:8-9, but by Grace given to God's Elect Sons Eph. 1:4-5 before the world began.
2 Tim. 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began
