the "little green men" motif is getting OLD.......
Yeah, Caino, Zeke, and Freelight keep their minds
focused on their little green men!
We correct you again
here.
The UB has nothing to do with UFO's or little green men. You continue to propogate a
false caricature of the papers and a few of us posters who happen to post on the UB thread, and are sharing that knowledge via 'discussion/dialogue' on the thread created for it (appropriately and respecting forum rules). You are denigrating the papers, and its expounders, or those who
appear to express a belief in its message (targeting the expounders or confessed believers in the text primarily, whose advocacy for the revelation appears favorable....at least by what is being shared on the forum, however that is 'interpreted'). It is natural to discuss systematically a book and its chapters on a thread devoted to it.
You would also be informed that Zeke is addressing you from his own purely metaphysical/philosophical perspective, and NOT necessarily from a UB perspective...since as far as I know hes not an avid reader or necessarily even a 'student' of the text, so your lumping him together with those of us who are more knowledgable about the papers, and seem to be greater advocates of it as a useful religious writing....is not appropriate or right. Just because Zeke has posted some on the UB thread, does not mean he's a UB believer, advocate or promotor...in fact....I challenge you to find anywhere were he quotes and expounds upon any Urantia material. You will be hard pressed in your search, so using your "little green men" slur on him is bogus.
I've also told (many a time) that my religious studies extend
far beyond the UB, and only recently has been a focal-point since people are keeping the subject alive, mostly nay-sayers and critics, so their posts need proper responses (and education on the matter), hence those given by those of us in the "know". Your claims, assumptions and misconceptions will be properly addressed (unless you are put back on ignore), at least for readers who have the intellectual honesty to make up their own minds by researching the info. provided. The UB is not for everyone... (as we all have our different spiritual paths and time-points along the way, when certain books may present themselves, at specially given times) ....but what it does reveal in its universality and all-inclusionary synthesis of religion, philosophy and science.... provides much ground for discussion, especially from within a Judeo-Christian historical and theological context.
