Maybe 'physiologically' was too general. Cf. all other things being equal an army of the best Blacks would beat an army composed of any other race. They win every marathon, they're the best football players, baseball players, basketball players, soccer players. Best track athletes. Boxers. Etc. That was my point. Also re actuaries, I'm not sure their life expectancy isn't unrelated to criminality though? (I know that was three negatives in one sentence, but nonetheless I think the point is clear?)

Being physically capable of a wide range of sports doesn't translate into military might.

Again, IQ is important. Sports are relatively simple. But following orders from a superior officer, being capable of giving orders... Heck forming a coherent military to begin with?
