This is where you take questions. No one can see your thread but you and the staff members. Even if you are banned you can still open a thread and communicate with staff. Hopefully, this can smooth some things over. We have decided to do this because emails have been getting lost. So if you are having problems with your account you can still post at the help desk and one of the webmasters can hopefully fix it. It is located in the
Main Forum Help Center ---> Help Desk

Also now members cannot start PMs with me now unless I am following them. You want to talk to me, you have to start a thread at the help desk.
