There's no law against Trump being buds with criminals.
I should hope not. He was friends with the Clintons for years.

As for "defending the indefensible," I'm sure there's a heated conversation going in the White House right now between Melania and "The Donald" as to why his own personal lawyer would send a $138 000 check to Stormy Daniels - one month before the 2016 Election!
But the last thing Trump needs is the revelation that his friends in the NRA were also involved with the Russian mafia.
We also had sort of more broadly learned that Mr. Trump had long time associations with Italian organized crime figures.
I would rather vote for a candidate like JFK who shared a whore with one of the leading Mob figures of the time than vote for someone who sold 20% of our precious Uranium deposits to the Russians in exchange for several million dollars!
Hillary being used as a diversion to draw attention away from his woeful lack of negotiating skills and temperament to cope with the present!
If the Trump presidency was a huge success, going from one success to the next, his supporters would be singing those praises - not forced to resurrect and demonize past adversaries as a substitute for his abysmal performance!I just like to mention Hillary and all her dastardly deeds just to show how clueless the demos are.
What a choice! A Socialist or a known criminal!
It is amazing just how far the Democratic party has fallen since JFK.

Hey, he did manage to get the law changed to give him a huge tax break (which the rest of us will be paying for, for years to come). That's an accomplishment, isn't it?
