OK, so here is the deal....
For the last few months I have been in need of a Windows machine. As you know I am a Mac fanatic but I need a Windows machine for testing purposes, mainly to view the websites that I create through the eyes of Internet Explorer. Yes it's true the Mac version of Safari has a feature that emulates different browsers and it will even emulate a PC running IE. But to do the type of testing I need to do I need to have an actual PC on hand. So I worked a deal with my favorite cousin to get me a brand new Toshiba laptop computer running Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (I think). It's so weird that there are different versions of the Vista OS. :doh:
I must admit this laptop is pretty slick, in fact I am using it right now to type up this blog entry.
I want to keep an open mind and give this machine the benefit of the doubt. I will let you know my progress with my new machine as the days go by.
