That's an interesting choice for landscaping. Fuzzy, teal green moss balls? Is this on planet earth?
Small shrubbery, actually, and looks like it's western or southwestern US, which is more arid. Less grass.

I used to work next to a school for adults who had Downs Syndrome and actual mental retardation. The subway I took home from work there was full of actual retarded people each day. Surprisingly, some of them seemed relatively fluent in both German and English. It blew my mind the day I discovered there are real retarded people who can speak 2 different languages. There is no doubt in my mind that those particular real-life retarded people were actually more intelligent than AOC is.
