For all of the wonderful friendships I have formed over the years here on TOL!
I am also grateful to be an American and blessed to be a Christian!
I have a many splendored family, good neighbors and a Church which I call home!:cheers:

Me too! But I especially reflect on all of the grace in my life as we approach our National Day of Thanksgiving.
Throughout my days I have uttered more small prayers of thanksgiving than almost any others.

one of the many problems with growing old
is
you have to let the kids do the turkey
and
that means they are in charge of the leftovers

they won't let me do the gravy anymore
the most important part
