Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine began his first few days in office by speaking up for the rights of the unborn.

The new Republican governor said Wednesday that he will support a bill to prohibit abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, The Hill reports. Previous Gov. John Kasich vetoed a heartbeat bill in December.

“We will do this,” DeWine told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt. “I just saw the headline, a court struck down another heartbeat bill for another state. But ultimately, Hugh, you and I both know that this thing, once it’s passed in Ohio, once we sign it, once it becomes law, Planned Parenthood is going to be in the next day, or that day, filing a lawsuit.”

A heartbeat bill would ban most abortions in Ohio by prohibiting abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable. Research suggests a baby’s heartbeat may begin as early as 18 days after conception, but it typically is not detectable until around six weeks. The most recent Ohio bill also would have allowed abortion practitioners to be charged with a felony for violating the law.

DeWine said he “absolutely” would sign such a bill, even though the abortion industry will challenge it.

“Ultimately, this will work its way up to the United States Supreme Court. And they’ll make that decision,” he said...........(SNIP)

The goal of the legislation is to prevent the deaths of thousands of unborn babies every year. However, even some pro-life advocates admit that the success of such legislation is uncertain. While the rationale behind the law is noble, a number of pro-life leaders recognize that, for the present, such laws may create unintended consequences that could hamper the pro-life cause. I believe that President Trump has set the nation on a new path that gives protection to children in late-term development. This is an open door and a new path for his predecessors to follow. Abortion of little babies when they are fully developed or close to being developed is truly murder and killing and the taking of a human life.

Should not an abortion be only if the mothers life is physically in danger - or if baby's life cannot sustain itself even with the advanced medical treatment that exists today - and should not states and individuals who step outside of these guidelines be responsible for their own medical bills and pay directly out of their own pockets and fund their own sexual experiences and pleasures.

Instead of reaching into the pockets and bank accounts of the taxpayers to financially fund someones sexual adventures, pleasures, and the results of their personal sexual gratifications. Please remember, it is the Pro-Choice Liberal Democrat men and women who want the right to control the bodies of the taxpayers to fund their sexual pleasures, delights and sexual gratifications.

And the taxpayers have spoken - when I and so many others voted for electing Donald Trump - we declare that we are not interested in financially being involved in the bedtime affairs of others. Especially when they are irresponsible and only using late - term abortion as a method of birth control.

This is our hard earned money and if someone wishes to drag me into their sex life - by seizing monies and funds and earnings from my bank account to fund their sexual gratifications, this is not pro-choice it is theft, irresponsibility and socialism, liberalism and Democrat party violence. Because if it is my choice - I choose for You to not have irresponsible sex, I choose for You to wait to have sex and choose for you save your money, find a responsible mate and have a family or act responsibly. THIS MY MONEY - MY CHOICE.

I am not interested in being financially involved in your sexual gratifications and your bed - time experiences.

And we care about late-term babies and do not want to fund their murder, torture and horrible painful deaths. Our goals to spend our hard-earned money to fund families and responsible mothers and fathers, this what we seek.

What someone does in their own bed is not my problem or business- until they demand that I become a part / a participant in financially funding their gratifications, pleasures and sexual delights with no responsibility, no limits, and nothing but unlimited highly expensive abortions being used for nothing more than birth control. it is the most costly method that exists.
