Earning of in the Respect of others Hopefully will help But that only God can control Those that think they Can roughshod everybody Everything but only God Can do that!

How God handles The situation we Need to let Him to do So in order for Everything to work In our favor and Also on that of in His Will and way.

Bullies however think Rules only apply to Those except them Sadly they are Dead wrong and when They do not at all get Along they make it Problems for all on Board over on it.

People need to realize Of not being the only one Really on there But that they need to Start acting more like Team players and Not that of in the Me players to make the World work there.

God is wanting Us to really Control ourselves Even if we do not Know how to Really control people Or on that of In the situation there Just leave it to God.

There are people That did not Learn their lesson And put even Others in a Complicated and Toxic work environment And they only have Nobody nor nothing To blame except themselves.

And that if We think that We learned our Lesson over from Being kids and Live and learn There are others Sadly and truthfully that Did not as adults.

You and I Whether we care To admit it Or not did Bully and that We were also bullied But either way It is wrong and Need to be the peacemakers Not peace wreckers

But it is How that We deal with The situation when God asks what Would Jesus do He is in our shoes Having thousands and Thousands over 2,000 years Ago to take the Form of God's Servant!

You and I Want to at One point go With that of The so called In crowd And from our Days over in School there.

But that We need to Control ourselves As God will Help us and He will always Do the best in our Benefits and those In tough situations To change things as He never changes but People and situations do.

Sadly that There are people Who are not Easy to please And that we can Only hope God's love Can and will change Them for the better You can only hope As well as handling the Situations to God.

How you and I need to remember God has us And that we Are only need to Concern as His Point of view and Not that of the world Is really all that We need to be Concerned about

People and things And situations do Not at all We can't control Or if we did It would be above Our heads and We would be Indeed in over Our heads there.

The Lord calls For you and Me to control Ourselves even If others do Don't change God wants us To worry about Ourselves even if We can't control the situation.
