1) I don't expect the Republicans to take anything back in the midterm elections. 2) Even if the Republicans make gains in Congress, how many will be RINOs? 3) How can you expect to "take the country back" if you can't even take your own party back from the RINOs?

At this point, the Ukrainians are providing that hedge of defense for us. But yes, we do need to do more at home. Problem is, reactionary conservatives wouldn't let it happen. There are already phony cries of "socialism" and all that jazz.

Defense of Ukraine equals defense of the rest of the world from Putin's tyranny. His own country is suffering bad enough under his leadership. We can't afford to allow him to export it.

It's a bad situation. People are being murdered in Ukraine. Who knows how many? They are defending themselves courageously against the onslaught of Putin's butchery. They deserve whatever support they can get.
