This spirit we are told in Phil 2 is a FORM of God. God created this son and was pleased that it/he contained his fullness. He was given the power of his creator yet isn't God, but a God. God created everything through this son.

Consider that God is a spirit and ask yourself who the express image son of Heb 1 is.
