Honestly, that's not the first time you've rebroadcast one of his insults with a :think: or something equally vague. It isn't about you being hostile, passive or else though. Look, I put him on ignore for a reason, mostly having to do with thing's like being called a pedophile or having my family insulted, schoolyard insults and obsessive hostility that took away a good bit of enjoyment that has returned with him on ignore.
As to the thread, this court is a little unpredictable as it's shown in a few rulings over the past couple of years. Conventional wisdom would be they'll support the mounting agreement of the lower courts, but some of those have moved the standard into protected class/presumption of territory. That's where I think it gets interesting.
