I would never have known that trying to accurately predict the weather could be so full of suspense driven drama...Andrew Scott is superb in this (at times fictionalized recreation of real events).
Meantime, Trump blathers on about communists being a threat to America (although he's confused enough to label anyone who doesn't venerate him as being one...)

There has got to be a limit - even to the most dyed in the wool Trump supporter - as to how many blatant lies they're willing to swallow?!
Oh, and Belgium's mockery of Trump's asinine "dance" during victory celebrations was hysterical. Mind you, he might try and overturn the result yet...
Watched Backrooms and...interesting. Very much atmospheric and metaphysical and I liked the concept in itself. The mazes of corridors that seem to go on and the disorienting nature of some of them that take on the life of an M.C.Escher painting at times were well done and the uncertainly aspect...

He was. Affleck is someone I rate more as a director than an actor but...
So, I've tried searching for the latest news regarding this election crime bureau report and found very little, certainly nothing about millions of votes being switched or evidence for that...
Spy/political/conspiracy thrillers are all genres that I enjoy when they're done right and like you, the one genre I don't go for in the main with film is comedy although I do love a decent comedy drama (The Holdovers) and there are exceptions (Groundhog Day). Knives out works on many levels and...
It was a pleasant surprise for me, much of the comedy at first stems around the uptight mayor of the place who wants to downplay the rumours until he has no choice but to realize that strange things are going on...and the acting is stellar.
