I first saw this type of art a few years ago. The idea probably isn't new, just recycled. And I love it. Every knee will bow. The wise men showed up to pay homage. Yes, I wonder who they are that Holy Spirit included it. Angels showed up to see. They knew him and here he is a baby, emptied of his power, coming lower than them.

We kneel to Him every Mass, it's customary, a tradition handed down, and a recommended devotion. During the Mass, beginning with the beginning of the celebrant's liturgy of the Eucharist, in which he'll recite the words of consecration and confect the Eucharist. Ending after Communion, technically when any reserved host has been locked away in the tabernacle and the celebrant's washed down any remaining matter with water and consumed it. Though in my diocese the convention is to wait until the celebrant is completed his altar work and sits in his seat (cathedra). Irregardless this is about what's called adoration of the Eucharist, and it's evidently why we Catholics are obligated to attend Mass, like 57 times every year. It's to kneel to him, at least like 56 times a year.
