some "Christians" believe really whacky things

like you can violate God's holy laws and still get to Heaven!!

That kind of belief is killing this country, causing us to see NO difference at all between the Christians and the non-Christians (the pagans, as it were)

"The Way is narrow and there are few who find it" (Jesus said)

No wonder we have two corrupt liars as frontrunners in the election

blame it all on yourselves

Everyone violates God's holy laws often Whatever67. That's why the Lamb suffered and was killed, so we violators can be forgiven.

I do to. God shows us in Ezek 18 (and other passages, Heb 6:4-8 for example)
how He jealously keeps us for His own possession (2Tim 2:13).
No one takes the bait? How does Ezek 18 and Heb 6:4-8 lead to no sin? These are 2 of dozens of similar salvation passages that most Christians think are God's wrath.

It is not just this country.

The world is going after material blessing; all poor and powerful countrird alike.

We are blessed with materially in this country, but we are already getting reward.

We better watch out for this. We need to be concerned of spiritual blessing which we are not getting.

The poor and needy will be comforted in God's kingdom.

A Christian need not be worried about what worldly politicians are doing. Didn't Jesus say that his disciples are "no part of the world"? This country---and ALL countries---are being influenced by the Devil, and that's what the Bible teaches. (I John 5:19; Revelation 12:9; Luke 4:5,6)

We are to remain neutral and keep waiting for Jesus to come with his Kingdom. Isn't that what he taught us to do? (Matthew 6:9,10)

Who have you ever seen that teaches that we are able to ignore God's commandments?

Romans 13:8 Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. 9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. 11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

1 Corinthians 7:17 But as God has distributed to each one, as the Lord has called each one, so let him walk. And so I ordain in all the churches. 18 Was anyone called while circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Was anyone called while uncircumcised? Let him not be circumcised. 19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.

1 Thessalonians 4:1 Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God; 2 for you know what commandments we gave you through the Lord Jesus. 3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; 4 that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 5 not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; 6 that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. 7 For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. 8 Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.

Resting in Him,
