Matthew 24:14

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

When did Matthew 24:14 happen?
It depends on which definition for "world" you are using.
"The world" was most likely intended to mean the Roman empire.

the world g3625 οἰκουμένη oikoumenē
  • the inhabited earth
    • the portion of the earth inhabited by the Greeks, in distinction from the lands of the barbarians
    • the Roman empire, all the subjects of the empire
    • the whole inhabited earth, the world
    • the inhabitants of the earth, men
  • the universe, the world

I figure it was postponed. :idunno:

Acts 2:34-36 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool. 36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Acts 3:18-21 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. 19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Sadly, it wasn't postponed.
Just like the belief that most go to hell, it has no basis in scripture.

Total inability, Unconditional damnation, Limited grace yadda yadda yadda.

I don't think you have a clue about anything.

Nope to total inability or unconditional damnation or limited grace.

And sure as heck NOPE to yadda yadda yadda.

Now don't you look the fool? :dizzy:
