Binding and loosing is an interesting term.
# 1 the key are for the kingdom of heaven !!

#2 and I say what Peter loosed is Acts 2 :36 -38 !!

# 3 Peter binds Israel to the message of the kingdom !!

# 4 but Israel does not repent '

# 5 and it then also bound in heaven as it in the Greek Perfect tense

# 5 remember that , i will give // didomi is in the Greek future tense , when Israel will be saved , Rom 11:25-26

Binding and loosing deals with the Gospel of the Kingdom given to Israel and has nothing to with the Gospel of the Grace of God given to the Gentiles.

Isaiah 22:22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

Compare Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

You are talking Old Testament theology, combined with the Gospel of the Kingdom. This stuff has to do with Israel. It has nothing to do with the Gospel of the Dispensation of Grace given to Paul for the Gentiles.

All about the nation/kingdom of Israel. Nothing related to the body of Christ... what God is doing today.
