Please watch this, after reading this.......

This is not saying it is the end, but this is a wake up call to search scripture, for we are armed to understand what is going on around us!

1 Thessalonians 5Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

The Day of the Lord
5 About the times and the seasons: Brothers, you do not need anything to be written to you. 2 For you yourselves know very well that the Day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. 3 When they say, “Peace and security,” then sudden destruction comes on them, like labor pains come on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4 But you, brothers, are not in the dark, for this day to overtake you like a thief. 5 For you are all sons of light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or the darkness. 6 So then, we must not sleep, like the rest, but we must stay awake and be serious. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, we must be serious and put the armor of faith and love on our chests, and put on a helmet of the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. 11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.

Who is the Jesus they speak of?

Who is the Mahdi?

Do you know who this man is?

Did you know he spoke of this before the UN?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LffqGiiX6kA

What is Zion, and what are Gods words about it, and thus what are his implications about mentioning Zionist?

Is this man speaking of genuine brotherly love?

1 John 2

22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Again... God on Zion...

Revelation 14

The Lamb and the 144,000

14 Then I looked, and there on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with Him were 144,000 who had His name and His Father’s name written on their foreheads. 2 I heard a sound[a] from heaven like the sound of cascading waters and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps. 3 They sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, but no one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed[c] from the earth. 4 These are the ones not defiled with women, for they have kept their virginity. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They were redeemed[d][e] from the human race as the firstfruits for God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.

.......................
To rise against Zion is to rise against the Lord of Hosts.

The 144,000 are 12,000 for the 12 tribes by literal relation from scripture....

Revelation 7Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

The Sealed of Israel
7 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, restraining the four winds of the earth so that no wind could blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel, who had the seal of the living God rise up from the east. He cried out in a loud voice to the four angels who were empowered[a] to harm the earth and the sea: 3 “Don’t harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we seal the slaves of our God on their foreheads.” 4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed:

144,000 sealed from every tribe of the Israelites:
5 12,000 sealed from the tribe of Judah,
12,000 from the tribe of Reuben,
12,000 from the tribe of Gad,
6 12,000 from the tribe of Asher,
12,000 from the tribe of Naphtali,
12,000 from the tribe of Manasseh,
7 12,000 from the tribe of Simeon,
12,000 from the tribe of Levi,
12,000 from the tribe of Issachar,
8 12,000 from the tribe of Zebulun,
12,000 from the tribe of Joseph,
12,000 sealed from the tribe of Benjamin.

How does Israel not matter in prophecy? Where is the MountZion this all speaks of?

Have we really forgotten so much as followers of God?

Note the Valley of Hinnom?

What is this and why is it so important to prophecy?

And lastly...

Daniel 11:45King James Version (KJV)

45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

Who is this talking about and why is it so important to prophecy?

If people of all groups can see this, where is the BoC's voice and response in its commission to Love so deeply, we even Love our enemies?

How can we not care?

To bear arms to protect the innocent is good, but starvation and misery spans the globe.

Can we not Love, even if we die trying? What other thing can we do but Love to reflect our servant King of ALL Kings?

Manasseh is not one of the twelve sons of Jacob. Dan is the missing tribe.

The 144,000 is a metaphor (not literal).

No Jamie, sorry but I can't let you take that without a word of correction. When Jacob in his death-bed called upon all the tribes for the last blessing, Dan was right there in Genesis 49:16,17 for his. Since then, the Tribe of Dan has never been noticed to be missing.

Ok, so you didn't read the list. If you do you will find Dan is missing from the list.

Dan was removed due to idolatry, but so was Manasseh, and yet they ((Manasseh) makes up one of the 12 in Revelation.

Perhaps the shifting throughout scripture is to warn us against trying to guess the mind of God when it comes to inclusion in the Kingdom above all Kingdoms.

Perhaps we are to just trust that Gods plan is bigger than ours and it is bad to attempt to decode the Mind of God in matters of the who of salvation, and extend our Love to ALL as if they were all loved by God and saved by His great Love and forgivenesses.

I express this with Deuteronomy 34:

The Lord came down in a cloud, stood with him there, and proclaimed His name Yahweh. 6 Then the Lord passed in front of him and proclaimed:

Yahweh—Yahweh is a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger and rich in faithful love and truth, 7 maintaining faithful love to a thousand generations, forgiving wrongdoing, rebellion, and sin. But He will not leave the guilty unpunished, bringing the consequences of the fathers’ wrongdoing on the children and grandchildren to the third and fourth generation.

Which does God reach further towards? Mercy, or Punishment?

His Punishment only lasts to the third and the fourth generation. At 50 years a generation that's 200 years.

But to those who please Him he extends mercy to 1000 generations! At the same math, that would be 5000 years of Mercy.

Note that this above all shows us that His Mercy extends to ALL!

Nope. (Ezekiel 48:1)

I was mentioning Dan because you mentioned Dan.

The Lists of tribes shift throughout scripture, but they follow with Benjamin, and so forth. The Levites, or Judah. You mentioned Dan.

Judges 18New Living Translation (NLT)

Idolatry in the Tribe of Dan
18 Now in those days Israel had no king. And the tribe of Dan was trying to find a place where they could settle, for they had not yet moved into the land assigned to them when the land was divided among the tribes of Israel. 2 So the men of Dan chose from their clans five capable warriors from the towns of Zorah and Eshtaol to scout out a land for them to settle in.

When these warriors arrived in the hill country of Ephraim, they came to Micah’s house and spent the night there. 3 While at Micah’s house, they recognized the young Levite’s accent, so they went over and asked him, “Who brought you here, and what are you doing in this place? Why are you here?” 4 He told them about his agreement with Micah and that he had been hired as Micah’s personal priest.

5 Then they said, “Ask God whether or not our journey will be successful.”

6 “Go in peace,” the priest replied. “For the Lord is watching over your journey.”

7 So the five men went on to the town of Laish, where they noticed the people living carefree lives, like the Sidonians; they were peaceful and secure.[a] The people were also wealthy because their land was very fertile. And they lived a great distance from Sidon and had no allies nearby.

8 When the men returned to Zorah and Eshtaol, their relatives asked them, “What did you find?”

9 The men replied, “Come on, let’s attack them! We have seen the land, and it is very good. What are you waiting for? Don’t hesitate to go and take possession of it. 10 When you get there, you will find the people living carefree lives. God has given us a spacious and fertile land, lacking in nothing!”

11 So 600 men from the tribe of Dan, armed with weapons of war, set out from Zorah and Eshtaol. 12 They camped at a place west of Kiriath-jearim in Judah, which is called Mahaneh-dan to this day. 13 Then they went on from there into the hill country of Ephraim and came to the house of Micah.

14 The five men who had scouted out the land around Laish explained to the others, “These buildings contain a sacred ephod, as well as some household idols, a carved image, and a cast idol. What do you think you should do?” 15 Then the five men turned off the road and went over to Micah’s house, where the young Levite lived, and greeted him kindly. 16 As the 600 armed warriors from the tribe of Dan stood at the entrance of the gate, 17 the five scouts entered the shrine and removed the carved image, the sacred ephod, the household idols, and the cast idol. Meanwhile, the priest was standing at the gate with the 600 armed warriors.

18 When the priest saw the men carrying all the sacred objects out of Micah’s shrine, he said, “What are you doing?”

19 “Be quiet and come with us,” they said. “Be a father and priest to all of us. Isn’t it better to be a priest for an entire tribe and clan of Israel than for the household of just one man?”

20 The young priest was quite happy to go with them, so he took along the sacred ephod, the household idols, and the carved image. 21 They turned and started on their way again, placing their children, livestock, and possessions in front of them.

22 When the people from the tribe of Dan were quite a distance from Micah’s house, the people who lived near Micah came chasing after them. 23 They were shouting as they caught up with them. The men of Dan turned around and said to Micah, “What’s the matter? Why have you called these men together and chased after us like this?”

24 “What do you mean, ‘What’s the matter?’” Micah replied. “You’ve taken away all the gods I have made, and my priest, and I have nothing left!”

25 The men of Dan said, “Watch what you say! There are some short-tempered men around here who might get angry and kill you and your family.” 26 So the men of Dan continued on their way. When Micah saw that there were too many of them for him to attack, he turned around and went home.

27 Then, with Micah’s idols and his priest, the men of Dan came to the town of Laish, whose people were peaceful and secure. They attacked with swords and burned the town to the ground. 28 There was no one to rescue the people, for they lived a great distance from Sidon and had no allies nearby. This happened in the valley near Beth-rehob.

Then the people of the tribe of Dan rebuilt the town and lived there. 29 They renamed the town Dan after their ancestor, Israel’s son, but it had originally been called Laish.

30 Then they set up the carved image, and they appointed Jonathan son of Gershom, son of Moses,[c] as their priest. This family continued as priests for the tribe of Dan until the Exile. 31 So Micah’s carved image was worshiped by the tribe of Dan as long as the Tabernacle of God remained at Shiloh.

He's not missing.

The idea of him missing is based on Revelation, but the notation of the 12 tribes in Revelation was only mentioned by myself to point out that Mount Zion is still important to God, as are the descendants of Jacob.

I was trying to point out that the tribes shift around in name throughout the OT and even sited reasons they temporarily shift.

I'm most curious why Jamie brought up Dan in the first place. Perhaps she had a reason.

Dan isn't mentioned in Revelation where the 12,000 from every tribe are set aside for an elected work of God.

Revelation 7 to be exact.

The twelve tribes of Israel did not exist in the 1st century!!! And I'm supposed to believe there will be 12,000 pure blood, virgin representatives at the end of time? This is the great sin if dispensationalists - their utter rejection of things which are clearly symbolic or spiritual. The seven churches of Revelation are awash in Jewish symbolism. Jesus presents himself as walking among the seven golden candlesticks with each one representing a church. In the temple the Menorah was a seven branched candlestick similar to what we have here but not quite the same. The Menorah was a single candlestick with seven branches while the seven golden candlesticks are separate perhaps indicating that the original light to the Jewish people is now multiplied to the Gentiles. This is not the only Jewish symbol being applied to the church. The overcomers from Pergamos are allowed to eat the hidden manna, the overcomers from Philadelphia will be made like pillars in the temple of God and also the Philadelphians have the Father’s name written in their foreheads just like the twelve tribes of the 144,000. Far from the church and Israel being separate and distinct, we see here that they share in the blessings of God together. The church is the spiritual fulfillment of Israel where one day both Jews and Gentiles will live in the same city or the new Jerusalem.

I understand that tribe belonging was lost due to the multiple destructions of the temple and the loss of genealogical records.

Bottom line, Revelation shows direct dealings with literal Israel, not to mention that the book of Zechariah lists wars that haven't happened yet involving Israel.

It isn't over for Israel yet Epoisses, though I note you believe it is.

God has referenced that He has a further plan with Israel and also has promises yet to fulfill to Israel.

He never breaks His Word, even if we do.

I believe in Spiritual Jerusalem as well, but I also believe that God isn't done with literal Jerusalem.

Bottomline, graceless you are an ignorant and arrogant bible pundit with no clue whatsoever. The twelve tribes of ethic Israel did not exist in the 1st century so there is no chance they will exist 2000 years later!!! Those with the faith of Abraham and a circumcised heart make up the spiritual house of God which includes both ethnic Jews and ethnic Gentiles. Revelation was written to the church not Judaism. Judaism already has their sacred writings.
