Isaiah 24:5 KJV - Philippians 2:10 KJV - Revelation 5:3 KJV -

I don't see that phrase at Isaiah 24:5; at Philippians 2:10 it means those people in their graves after they have been resurrected.

The same can be said for Revelation 5:3. It can't mean anything else now can it? Since we know that "the dead are conscious of nothing." (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10) So we have more poetic license employed, referring to people who will be alive after they're resurrected.
