Unmanned missions have been sent there recently.
Has all the data for all the questions already been collected and answered?
Nope.
If you're wondering why no manned missions aren't being sent, it's because the cost of sending people to the moon is insanely expensive and time-consuming. It's also a three day trip there, and a three day trip back.
But the biggest reason is not because we are incapable of doing so, but because of politics.
