I was thinking that the word sinner is not found in the Bible, or that the Bible does not use the word sinner, but it does.

I have seen the word sinner in the Bible before. Here is what I found from a concordance search just now.

Is it possible to have once been a sinner but to no longer be a sinner, or to know that you are no longer a sinner?

Is it a lie to say you are no longer a sinner? Is it a lie for anyone to say that they are not a sinner? Does it depend on the person?
