Under the opening of the first seal in Revelation 6 we are introduced to a rider seated upon a white horse, 'And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer' v. 2. The triumphs of the a gospel in the first century of the Christian dispensation are represented under this figure. The whiteness of the horse represent the purity of the faith in that age while the crown given to the rider and his going forth to conquer and make still further conquests signify the zeal and success which attended the promulgation of the truth by its earliest ministers.

Revelation 6:2 And I looked and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.

Revelation 19:12 His eyes were like a flame of fire and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.

Revelation 19:15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword

2 Corinthians 11:14-15 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

Don't be fooled.

Exactly. Not all white horse riders are the good guys.

Not all lions are the good guys.
Not all lambs are the good guys.
Not all mornings stars are the good guys.
