A poster here at Theology Online has shown me that one of the tribe of Asher was in Israel in the first century, by referencing the verse which address or reference I have found below.
Luke 2:36 NASB - And there was a prophetess, Anna the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was advanced in years and had lived with [her] husband seven years after her marriage,
This means that not only Judah, Benjamin, and Levi were in the land. For these are the tribes I knew of from New Testament reference but which are all at least mentioned in the Babylonian captivity when the south was taken after the north was taken by Assyria.
