The Torah came first. There is then the Nevi'im and the Kethuvim. These three are the TaNaKh. They are the Law, the Prophets, and the Writings.
The Torah, the Law, is God's Instruction. Being of Israel I observe the Commandments found in the Torah. There are 613 Commandments for all Israel to observe.
The Torah and the TaNaKh are Scripture. The Torah is Scripture. The TaNaKh begins with the Torah.
The Torah has been called Scripture, The Five Books of Moses, The Law, The Law of Moses, the Pentateuch, and the Jewish Bible.
The TaNaKh has been called Scripture and The Hebrew Bible.
