The right to keep and bear chariots is an inherent civil right and human right. It's true that chariots today (cars) are much faster, and more deadly than chariots ever have been before (tens of thousands of Americans die in chariot related deaths each year, over 30,000 this last year), and it's true that the very first people who acknowledged this right, by not infringing it, never could imagine just how fast, and deadly, that chariots would become in the Space Age, but we do possess the RKBC---it is an inherent, not created, human right, and civil right.
