There are some people on the Forum that profess to be Christians, but they hate the apostle Paul. Many say "I believe in Jesus, but not Paul". The Paul haters are usually those that have embraced a holiness doctrine. Paul believed that man is a sinner, even if he is a Christian.

"As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one" Romans 3:10.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.

Paul also confessed that he was "The Chief of Sinners" 1 Timothy 1:15. Paul revealed in Romans 7:13-25 that he struggled with sin. In spite of all of these scriptures some holiness people refuse to acknowledge that their righteousness is filthy rags in the sight of God, Isaiah 64:6.

To reject Paul is to reject the Gospel and justification by faith. Paul received the Gospel directly from Christ, Galatians 1:11, 12. It is the Gospel that justifies the ungodly, Romans 4:5 and reconciles us and the world unto God, 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19.

Paul traveled over 10,000 miles over a period of 20 years, preaching the Gospel to the pagan Gentiles. The Jews followed Paul everywhere that he went, they whipped him, stoned him and at one time left him for dead. Paul proved that he was a true apostle of Jesus Christ.

Paul was martyred because of his faith in Christ and his Gospel. The last words of Paul are found in 2 Timothy 4:6-22. After Paul wrote that he was beheaded. The only one that stayed with Paul while he was in prison was Luke, all of the others abandoned him.

Jesus spoke it but Paul and the other apostles defined it.

JESUS SPOKE-PAUL DEFINED
Heb 4:12-16
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Matt 13:34-35
34 All these things Jesus spoke to the multitude in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them,
35 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying: "I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world."
(NKJ)
Matt 4:4
4 But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'"
(NKJ)
JESUS SPOKE IT
Matt 12:31
31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
(NKJ)
PAUL DEFINED IT
Heb 6:4-6
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
(NKJ)
JESUS SPOKE IT
Mark 12:30-31
30 'And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.
31 "And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."
(NKJ)
PETER DEFINED IT
1 Pet 2:19-21
19 For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully.
20 For what credit is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you take it patiently? But when you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently, this is commendable before God.
21 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps:
JESUS SPOKE IT
Matt 26:41
41 "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."
(NKJ)
PAUL DEFINED IT
Rom 8:1-2
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
(NKJ)
JESUS SPOKE IT
John 16:20-22
20 "Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.
21 "A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.
22 "Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.
(NKJ)
PAUL DEFINED IT
Gal 5:17-24
17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

The teachings of Jesus and the teachings of Paul are in harmony with each other as squeaky has pointed out. How one can say I accept the teachings of Jesus but not Paul is beyond me.

Nope.

The diet God gave Adam differed from the diet He later gave Noah; which differed from the diet He later gave Moses, which differs from the diet He later gave after Acts 7.

And Jesus had both kept and emphasized, Law keeping.

Which the Twelve had remained under, as instructed by Him (absent of their observance of the Law, they would not have even been allowed in the Temple they are found allowed in and worshipping in, both prior to and after Pentecost).

"Harmonize" it all you might attempt to, there are "things that differ" principles to these kinds of distinctions between them, that these kinds of differences between them make obvious, that you'd do well to observe.

Rom. 5:8
Acts 17:11,12

Jesus was born under the law, lived under the law and died under the law. Jesus was a teacher of the law. The purpose of the law is to reveal the righteousness of God and the sinfulness of man. Which it does very well. When Jesus died on the cross God tore the veil that covered the "Holy of Holies" from the top to the bottom, Matthew 27:51. That signified the end of the Old Covenant, the law and the Jewish religion. This is why Paul wrote, "The Just Shall Live By Faith" Romans 1:17 and not by rules, laws or religion.

Just more of your attempt at "harmonizing" things that differ to where they go together, out of your ever obvious failure to see them for what they are - things that differ.

Acts 3:1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.

In contrast to...

Acts 21:28 Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.

And in contrast to...

Acts 21:18 And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present. 21:19 And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry. 21:20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law: 21:21 And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs. 21:25 As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

Verse 21 there, was true...

Romans 7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Things that differ between the Israel of God under the Mosaic Law their promised New Covenant promised to enable them to keep, Jer. 31; and the Body of Christ; which is not under the Law, Rom. 6.

Rom. 5:8
Acts 17:11, 12.

You've been told before that Paul was NOT teaching something new there. Paul was QUOTING an OT prophet.

Rom 1:17 (AKJV/PCE)
(1:17) For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

AS IT IS WRITTEN.... Paul makes it crystal clear that he is referring to the OT scripture.

Here it is for your reference:

Hab 2:4 (AKJV/PCE)
(2:4) Behold, his soul [which] is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

There were many Judaizers in the early church. A Judaizer is one that believes in Jesus, but also believes that you must keep the law of Moses. James was one of them. According to Paul the law has been abolished, Ephesians 3:15. Where there is no law there is no judgment. To be under the law is to be under condemnation, Galatians 3:10. The words "law" and "religion" basically mean the same thing. Paul said that the law was not for the righteous man but for sinners, 1 Timothy 1:9,10.
