The word rendered "observation" in Luke 17:20 above means OCULAR and VISUAL, that is, something that may be seen with the physical eye, thus, The kingdom of Elohim does not come with ocular-vision-observation: neither shall they say, Look, over here! or Behold, over there it is! for behold, the kingdom of Elohim is INSIDE you.

You are misdtaking entos for mesos and using the meaning of mesos in your understanding of the statement. Here is where the Master himself uses mesos in the way in which you are thinking:

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst [G3319 mesos] of them.

If you reject what is being said here then how will you be able see the kingdom of Elohim?
If you cannot see the kingdom of Elohim then you are not born from above, (John 3:3).

If the spirit of God is in our hearts and Christ is manifest within us and our body is the temple of the living God, then the kingdom of God is within us.

The kingdom of God is within us, and we ask for Gods kingdom to enter our hearts every day to do his will. We are the earth that the kingdom of God comes into. God is a living God that is close his people, he's not far away, and neither is his kingdom. The kingdom of heaven is at hand not in some far away distant place. The kingdom comes not just by the word but with power, it comes in the power of the spirit.

But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.*For the kingdom of God*is*not in word, but in power.
