Although the commands to observe the Sabbaths, Jewish festivals, and abstinence from certain foods were only shadows and were identified as such by the apostles, in which case they are commands that are no longer observed, the Law of Moses itself has not been abolished, as such, laws such as "do not kill", "do not commit adultery" must still be obeyed as they were commanded. This includes the law of wearing the tzizit, which are the fringes, or tassels, that the Law of Moses commands the people of God to wear, in which case even Jesus Christ wore.
