Some years ago...the city council in L.A. condemned Singapore for [the flogging of American juvenile delinquent, Michael Fay]. And the year before...in Singapore they had 53 murders. In L.A., which is about the same demographic in size and population, they had something like 1060 murders. ...And here's L.A. telling Singapore that they're barbaric. Who's barbaric?
