You must repent and sin no more (stop breaking the Law of Moses), to then receive the baptism of the holy spirit which then circumcises the heart, which is the removal of your sinful nature, in which you are then caused to fully obey God, be perfect, and never sin again. Just believe what is plainly written.

Denial is all you got.
The Law is good. The Law is the Father's wisdom. The Stimg of death is sin and the power behind sin is the Law. (Heb. 2:14 and 1 Co. 15:56).
"Love the Lord your God and Love your neighbor as yourself" ... LOVE is the fulfillment of the Law! Who's Love? Greater Love hath no man than He lay His life down for His friends. Who's LOVE? Perfect Love Casts out ALL fear! I can't Love perfectly! Who's PERFECT LOVE?
