We are left to speculate. There is no record of Saul meeting Jesus.
Saul lived in Tarsus, but he was taught under Gamaliel. (? Not sure, going by memory)
Could Saul, as a young kid, have listened to Jesus? Perhaps. I doubt it, however. Saul strikes me as a young Middle Eastern boy who was brilliant, yet malleable by the Pharisees to become a radicalized terrorist who would carry out their wishes to control Judaism and the system. He likely didn't know Jesus. If he had, he would have recognized Jesus differently than his threats indicated when he terrorized Christians.
Those are just my ponderings. We really cannot know for sure.
