this is not another mean thread
and
I know that is what you are thinking
but
I have been out of town a lot lately
and
I just love to say out of town

it is really a thread for zoo because he worries a lot when you are missing
so
this is where you let zoo and others know that you won't be around

don't you like saying it?

When I was youger I loved to travel. Now, not so much!
I love my own back yard and the wonderful walking trails and parks which we have in abundance here.
If I can get one of my kids to help me I'll post some pictures of my flowers. Flowers are surely one of God's special gifts of love to us.
Also good neighbors are a gift and I have one!
You know, it just occurred to me, you and many others here on TOL have become my good neighbors too!

I prefer not to travel
but
I want to do some traveling while I am still young enough to do it
and
that will soon come to an end

I will be out of town about 10:30 AM EDT. By 11:00 AM, I will be in town but another town not in my town. I expect to be back in town from out of town about noon. Actually out of town is about a three-minute drive. Really out of town takes about 20 minutes.

Yes. Yesterday, I was out of town. I was in another town. Some of those people were also out of town being in my town which is out of town for them. It all worked out wonderfully. Icing on the cake is that a few minutes drive will take me not only out of town but out of state as well.
