some animals also eat their young, does that make abortion ok? I don't see anyone arguing for abortion rights using that logic.
some animals also kill their partner after they mate, does that mean if humans do it we can say it's ok because animals do it? and it is instinctive for some?
I don't think you can bring the behavior of animals into this argument and use it as proof of innate sexual attraction to the same sex in some humans.
