patman said:I hate to be the barer of bad news to someone who is needing to be healed, but "the truth shall set you free." We shouldn't expect a miracle in this life, only in the next will true healing happen for those who believe.
Those who go about giving false hope do nothing but hold you back and hurt the faith you do have. You end up believing them, and when disappointment comes, you blame God instead of blaming those who mislead you.
God has good reason not to offer healing today. For now, God's grace is with you. Take what you have and take nothing for granted, grow closer to God all you can, do not let the false hope of a guaranteed miracle by faith get in your way of life, nor let it depress you any longer.
Jesus promised the power of miracles to a certain group of people, of whom are not here on earth anymore, when you read verses in the Bible, notice that. Don't let your heart be troubled or anguished because someone didn't give you full context.
To those who do preach miracles, and bring false hope to those who need real hope, stop being naive. Your words of 'hope' hold back people more than you know. Stop taunting them with something that may never happen in this life.
