ECT New MSS clarifies Rev 5:12; scholars squeal in delight

Codex Clownicus (Cl)has been recently located in upper Phrigia and scholars are amazed to find a collation of v5 and 12 of Rev 5. They now realize that v12 was supposed to read: "Worthy is the Lion of Judah who has retaken Israel." (It was formerly thought to be ...the Lamb who was slain.).

One scholar, who spent about 10 minutes at the news conference explaining the term MAD scholar in case the press thought he was mad, said he peed his pants when he first got the news. "It just resolves everything we've been trying to get the Bible to say--for years! There was that bit about the Lion of Judah, and the Son of David, which everyone who knows anything about the Bible knew meant that he would restore Israel victoriously, saying, 'he has triumphed.' Well, now we have it. V12 was Lyin' the whole time--sorry, that's L-I-O-N." (chuckles aside).

John's Revelation has always been the Spirit's much more detailed presentation of the Spirit's Word through Peter to Israel, in the latter half of Acts 3...

So the Lion and Son of David of 5:12 has not yet triumphed but has to come back to Israel and clobber a bunch of enemies like the good old days. The defeat of death, sin, and principalities and power--nah, that's just piddly nose-picking by comparison?

Then what did the masses of heaven sing his praises for--or is there X000 years between the opening of the seals and the singing of praises, like the X000 years between Mt24's intro and A?
