I decided that I want to post some of my favorite recipes. I'm only going to put two up, today (8/26/08). But, if you check this blog post every now and then, you will find others added to it.
Chili
All I do is dump everything into my crockpot in the morning. Using the tomato juice bottle, I add water to fill the pot. Stir to mix well. Turn the crockpot on low and cook for four to six hours. Turn crockpot on high and cook for 1/2 hour.
Tater-tot Casserole
Mix ground beef with mushroom soup. In the following order, put all of the ingredients in a 9X13 cake pan: hamburger mixture, cheddar cheese soup, tater-tots, French-fried onions. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Chili
- 1 to 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 32oz bottle of Campbell's tomato juice
2 packets of hot chili seasoning
