Most of you think there are "CONTRIDICTIONS IN THE BIBLE!"

The big one is Gen 1 compared to Gen 2!

How can you justify the differences?

1. Gen 1 God created man, male and female, and told them to go and replenish the earth.

A. Gen 2 God formed man, from the dirt, female from the rib of man, and set them in the garden.

Answer this and then we can discuss more of these, so called contradictions, further.

There are ways of "explaining away" contradictions. But the bottom line is that the Bible is not 100% consistent.

The Bible is 100% consistent only that those who read it have no Holy Spirit to guide them.

There is nothing wrong with the Bible, but there are a lot of things wrong with the people that read it. The Bible was written by Christians for Christians. If you don't understand it maybe its because it was not written for you.

The "Old" Testament was written by Israel, for Israel. The "New Testament" was written by early Christians- who mostly were Jews. I think most Christians do not understand their own Bible, because they are unaware of the context it was written in.

There's no contradiction, they are both separate. And both the truth.

The Jews that wrote the Old Testament believed God and his promise of a savior and were justified by faith. To believe God and his promise of a savior is to be a Christian. Abel was the first Christian. His blood offering pointed to Christ and his Gospel. Abel was justified by faith.

Stuff and nonsense. But facts are not of much interest to those who have a monopoly on The Truth (TM)
