This is my first SPOTD. I've been reluctant to do one up until now because I do tend to hesitate before mocking someone publicly rather than one-on-one. And I really wanted to at least do a POTD first.
But really. This reaches a whole new level of duh.

I remember Christ forgiving those that murdered him on the spot. Don't remember them receiving criminal punishment. If someone has truly repented of their transgressions, and are sincere about their change, why not let them be?

It seems to me Jesus indeed asked for their forgiveness. But then, 70 AD happened! Rome wiped them out.
