One of the usual suspects? Apparently not this time.

Goodman said that Howell mentioned he had a male partner, so he was surprised police said he might have been targeting the Pride event to cause harm.

"He had a partner, yes. I don't know what his partner looked like. He never showed me a picture of him or anything," he said.
