You can't love God and your neighbor with all your heart, soul and might. It's just works-righteousness with the fake smile and the overly nice words and trying to be good.

You can love God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. You can love your neighbor as yourself. God has commanded us (those who are of Israel) to do so. Love God and love your neighbor as He has commanded. These commandments are for Israel and extend to all.
