But the people
Ended up sinning regardless
Of consequence and
How that they
Did not seem to
Care what even God
Though despite that.

These people were
So stubborn as
They had to get
Their way rather than
Let the Lord have
His way and will as
If they let Him they would.
Not have been stuck up there for forty years.

What could had been
For those that did
Not have to sin.
And wait forty years.
To move out of the Egyptian
Wrath into the Promised land.
