How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. -- Isaiah 14:12-15

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. -- Ezekiel 28:12b-17

Lucifer means "shining one, light-bearer"
"Thine heart was lifted up" = pride
"the anointed cherub that covers" the Throne of God
In many prophetic passages, it "shifts" from a human and transitions into a greater revelation concerning a supernatural created being known by several names.

Lucifer was a reference to the King of Babylon, but it was man in his glory and his fall which God was addressing.

All this deception about satan being in Heaven and falling just shows the ignorance of truth which abounds.

Isa 14:4 That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!

Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isa 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isa 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Isa 14:16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; Isa 14:17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?
Isa 14:18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.
Isa 14:19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
Isa 14:20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

Following false teachers who twist the word is the problem.

In my religion, Lucifer was a high celestial administrator under the jurisdiction of his creator, the Son of God, Christ Michael aka Jesus of Nazareth. Lucifer was in the descending chain of administrative command over some of the many inhabited worlds of Michael's creation. Satan was Lucifers assistant who made periodic visits to our world that had a resident administrator "the prince Caligastia".

It was Licifer, a high Son of God who rebelled against the rule of the Son in the Fathers name. Lucifer, while knowing his creator Son also lived by faith in the unseen Father. Through pride and self contemplation Lucifer concocted the idea that the Father was a fraud. So he attempted a coup d'état.

So anyway, Satan and Lucifer as well as Bealzabub were all different orders of celestial beings. The name Lucifer didn't appear in the Bible until Jeromes Vulgate translation.

The evil one is identified in Revelation 12:9a:
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world
In Genesis chapter 3 the evil one is identified as the serpent:
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

"serpent" is the noun nachash in Hebrew; in the verb form it is "deceiver"; in the adjective it is "shining one"

And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. -- Rev 12:7-9
this is the Tribulation

How many fallen angels are there?
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads, and his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth -- Rev 12:3-4a
